7. A 17-year-old girl goes to a college Halloween party with her "friends" where alcohol is being consumed. They are all young, and attractive, and they are all scantily clad. Girls who dress like strippers in public do so for one reason, to get the attention of men. They want to find a hot guy to hook up with. They know they are underage. They tell every guy they talk to there that they are 18. They go to the party knowing full well if they are offered a drink by "the right guy", they are not going to refuse it. She's just going to do what she wants to do, we don't want to stand in the way of her living her life and having her fun. If I drive my car to a bad part of town, leave money on the front seat in plain view, and leave the windows down and the car unlocked, and when I return and the money is gone, was I the victim of theft? Yes of course. Because stealing is wrong no matter what the conditions or circumstances may be. However could I have made other decicions that could have prevented my money from being taken? Yes as well.
