23. FL law has a loophole in construction inspections. Professional engineers are using a this loophole to hire unlicensed building inspectors to perform inspections. As a licensed building inspector I had to close my business because I could no longer compete with these unlicensed inspectors. If Florida wants to solve this problem then it should begin by closing this loophole.

    2>When the building fell down it created another building so now you’re working with two structures a previous structure and a new structure.

    4> They should be wearing masks for demolition
    when the building collapsed, the debris of asbestos and mold is in the air

    the collapsed building formed a new structure when it collapse
