  27. What's historic is this is the first time since 1864 that a US President was inaugurated while the Nations Capitol was under the control of our Military . Of course because it was still during the Civil War it wasn't exactly everyone's Military nor did everyone vote for the Administration that won that election . Though that was their own choice not to be heard as members of the Union , it did affect the policies of the Administration even after they'd won the war .
