27. Don’t compare us to China. The USA has done more for the climate than all other countries combined, in spite of the waste of time and money, Paris climate accords. 2 degrees? 31. Why thehell is it every time you do one of these reports you find a way to make the USA look bad? China creates 26% and the US creates 13%. Instead of praising the US for it being half of China's output you have to go on to say "in th past" we created a lot! The issue is NOW dummy not 100 years ago!

32. You are trying to get political leaders to solve an engineering problem, where no engineering solution exist. Anymore than around 20% of solar and wind energy, the grid becomes unreliable. Solar doesn't work at night and the wind isn't constant. For that reason, natural gas plants predominate, and will for the foreseeable future. The French get 70% from nuclear power, but the are deceiving us about nuclear waste. They are just shipping the waste off to Russia. Not a solution, just out of sight. When there is an engineering solution, it will be implemented. Right now, conservation is the best course of action by politicians. For instance, political leaders could call for families to only have 2 children, one to replace each adult. The world population is set to increase by 1 billion in the next 15 years, each with their own food, water, shelter, and energy requirements. Carbon will go up to support another billion people. Other conservation example is to replace old fashion hot water heaters with ohmic (instant) water heaters Political leaders should focus on conservation efforts.

    Pretty fascinating actually. The tech is new. 17 years of R&D and we are finally in the phase where scaling is being performed. Research was led by Battelle – who has done a great job. The goal is to use current oil activities to capture emissions and inject the CO2 back into the earth. There are several test sites that have shown no issues up to 1 million metric tons being injected.

    Humans gonna have to create the tech to make our goals feasbile.
