I wish there was some way of giving him recognition for being a very good horse that won some impressive races. One might say that he was just a horse and doesn't know he was stripped of his Derby win, but to die so young, and to have given us his all to provide us with the thrill of a good race where we can live our dreams out over the course of a race pulling for our favorite horse, seems like we owe him something. I don't know what killed Medina Spirit, perhaps it was a Heart attack, but don't blame him if he was illegally medicated, because one thing that he proved and no one can ever take that away from home him.
