Take Great Britain – a crowded, multicultural nation but with a history of extremely tight gun laws. Just google the stats for homicides per capita there compared to the US. Where are the constant mass shootings? They just don’t exist, and the odd shooting that is reported normally stems from gang violence and is very much localised; and that’s why people feel pretty safe, especially as even carrying a simple kitchen knife leads to arrest and prosecution. Nowhere is perfect, but wake up America; look at the stats and weep!
