  5. KF94 is generally the best for the public as it's easy to put on and use. N95 on the other hand are difficult to breathe in, mostly for Healthcare professionals as they require training to properly use.
    Telling average people to wear n95 is unprofessional advice as they're really only 1 percent more effective than kf94 but kf94 are much more comfortable so people would actually wear them.

  24. As a nurse, I was responsible for fitting of N95 masks for the staff. You have to make sure you have a good seal to make sure nothing gets in and staff is safe in highly infectious situations. So how are they telling people to go out and get these masks without knowing what size they wear?

This has been the guideline for masks at the very beginning and when the surgical and N95 masks shortages happened they said doubled cloth masks are as good and that’s what exactly going to happen all over again because people are now again going to go crazy buying off the n95 and kn95 and of course it’s going to cause the price hike on those masks and give opportunities for counterfeiters. We are back on the game again. And I don’t think it’s really the facts either because just recently a colleague that I work with very close who is vaccinated and wore KN95 all the time and have been telling everyone only kn95 protects you is now tested positive. Several more people at work tested positive last few weeks and most of them wore surgical and n95 masks and they are all vaccinated, so it really don’t makes sense with whatever guidelines CDC come up with. Seriously I have lost confidence in CDC, i just do my part and do what’s best in protecting myself and my family. Just be smart in doing what’s best for you, so far some my family including me have come in close contact with people that have been tested positive, had to quarantine 3 times this whole pandemic but thank God none of us have gotten sick with covid yet, some of my relatives have gotten sick but they survive. I think people are just not careful.

  32. Have you seen the video of the n95 test Guy, had 15 masks on and still vented steam from his breath outside on very cold day. Stop wearing the muzzles they do nothing. 150 research papers are not wrong. They are to shut you up stop you communicating with fellow human beings and to isolate you. Look up mass formation psychosis.

And let's be clear, hospitals are like hotels, they are a business folks. They want to be full. If beds are empty there is no money flowing, no insurance, …. wake up!!!!!!!

  36. This is nothing new. N95 masks were absolutely recommended over the cheap masks at the start of this outbreak in Jan 2020. Which is why I ordered dozens of the 3M N95 masks in Feb 2020.
