1. If you're scared of losing qualified immunity it means you know you're doing something wrong so why do we care if these officers leave the force those are bad offices of the questioning that they're bad officers

I support police because I have family members that are police but Cops shouldn't have to worry about removing qualified immunity if they do nothing wrong and follow the law because if they're worried about it then they are probably doing something wrong and against the law! But I hate people's excuses saying that the police can still be sued even if they do everything right and by the law because that is bullcrap because the person would not win the lawsuit against the officer because they would have no proof that the cop was doing something wrong and if the cop follows the law and does everything right then they are ok!

32. if a cop "hesitates" in pulling the trigger on a person walking home, or "hesitates" on tackling a blind man, not only will people's teeth be saved from being shattered on the concrete, but more people will feel safer getting out of the car on a traffic stop when they know police will be held accountable if that happens.

So it makes officers become better officers and when citizens are violated it gives them better recourse.
