5. Not only did Nicholas save Jonah but he got the responders to finally come to the back of the building. God sent him to save this boy who fell from the 10th floor without serious injury.

20. I think the child was the only one rescued from rubble. I believe his mother was rescued but had to have her leg amputated to free her from wreckage. She later died in hospital.

25. Great Nicholas. A true hero! This tragedy could have been prevented if construction companies obeyed Engineering principles. I believe the building collapsed not o lyrics because of the swimming pool leaking but also because instead of repairing that problem they've put the heavy air conditioning on the top of the building. This is incredibly similar to the infamous Shampoo shopping mall disaster in South Korea. I believe that Florida has an obligation to inspect all other buildings in the area. This tragedy shouldn't have happened. Let it be a lesson to the world. Huge apartment buildings with huge kitchens, heavy furniture and everything else as lack of inspection may also have been caused by corruption. 26. I said it before elsewhere, the ones that are responsible for this is the law, that never stepped in and enforced the law. The documents that this guy was reading should have been takin seriously by the law, enforcing the condo corporation to repair these items by a certain date and if they are not done, they will face prosecution for owner/tenant endangerment and the owners/tenants will be told to move out because the building is unfit and dangerous to live in. It’s the same thing that happened in 2004 in Rhode Island, when “The Station” nightclub caught fire and killed/injured hundreds of people. The owners/ fire Marshall/ inspectors knew about the highly flammable sound insulation but “didn’t enforce the law” and have it removed or replaced with fire retardant material. The owners knew that they were only allowed a certain amount of people in their club, but sold extra tickets anyways. The owners “knew” that they shouldn’t use pyrotechnics in there because of low ceilings and flammable insulation, but they allowed it anyway and “the law didn’t enforce the law”. Now in both cases, hundreds upon hundreds of people are dead. It’s the government leaders and law enforcement that killed all these people. Why ? ‘Cause they’re dumb and lazy.Maybe the engineers and inspectors should be able to do their own law enforcement with the help of Police, to prosecute offenders, if the ones in charge can’t handle the job ? Freeloading kills, this is proof right here.
