1. The Democratic Communist Party is at the center of lack security in this country. They are the ones turning criminals, murderers, back out on the street by releasing them, or shortening their sentences. It is almost like they want main stream citizens killed. They are also opening up our borders for the cartel to bring in mass amounts of Fentenal that is killing 70,000+ people a year. Guaranteed that we will be at least 160,000 serious criminals across our border, if we let in 2 million unchecked illegals across the border. That IS the ratio of criminals to population of about 8%. Add the cartel in and it moves up to 15 – 20 %. Open borders for human trafficking. It is really hard to convince me that Biden and Hunter are just members of an international mafia trying to take down America with their policies. They ARE the coup that they tried to blame on Trump. They should not be looking at Supreme Court on ruling on self-defence, and conceal carry. They should be looking in the mirror. They have the revolving door for murderers, rapist, robbers, and drug pushers putting them back out on the street. There in lies danger. Even when police were funded they did not show up to help when needed. Maybe hours later, or in my case two days later. There is no functional government agency to protect individuals from harm. Thus the need for guns at home, or conceal carry. The government is at the core of lack of protection for it's citizens. So we have to handle it ourselves to be safe.

Since the Supreme Court has struck down NY law and declared that laws should be based on consistency with historical precedent, then the obvious precedent is; when the second amendment was written, there was no such thing as repeating firearms, or semi-auto or automatic firearms. So let's stick with historical precedent. Everybody gets to carry firearms that comply with weapons available when the Constitution was written. Single fire weapons, without rifling, no semi-auto or automatic weapons. HISTORICAL CONSISTENCY.

7. The best way to prevent gun violence is to have equal parity with those who use guns in the wrong manner. That means citizens who carry can defend themselves against harm by having a firearm as an equalizer. If the teachers at the schools that had mass killings would have been trained and armed they could have saved countless lives. Truth be known you don't even need a constitution to have the right to defend yourself, because natural law gives you that right. Every person is sovereign and has the right to defend him or her self with what ever means they chose. The constitution was framed after that natural law right. People want other's to provide their security, but ask the parents of the kids at ulvade if their kids were provided security while the police waited 70 minutes before going in, and when they finally did, it was to late because someone decided to do their job for them! 20. Elizabeth Wydra works for CAC which is a progressive think tank full of lawyers. She should understand that the decision was not an expansion of 2A rights but simply a restoration of those rights.

    I would question whether or not she actually understands the phrase " Shall Not Be Infringed". It is possible that she is in a position not to show favor to either side of the discussion, but by using the word expansion twice I find that unlikely. If the goal of CAC is to truly preserve the rights and freedoms of all in America, I would have expected Miss Wydra to word her commentary a little differently.
