On 2/9/2004 UN Assembly votes for Lebanon to establish its sovereignty over all of its land and called upon "foreign forces", Syria, to withdraw from Lebanon, and the president/dictator Assad did withdraw from Lebanon, but Putin is a worse dictator, and he is not listening.
