  1. So, they are just making up excuses to cover-up for Weinstein, remember the N.Y.P.D. had him on tape and the crooked D.A. threw the case out. That is the U.S. justice system protecting the White, rich, and powerful.

  2. One the ugliest men in the world – in so many despicable ways!!!!!!!! He will have such fun in prison receiving attention of a special 'personal' nature that he did not ask for or want.

  3. Of course it's deadlocked. The jurors with any intelligence at all would find it impossible to convict after they admitted to consensual sex with the defendant. How can anyone think these Hollywood wannabe's are pure and innocent after seeing them with their tits hanging out at the Oscars?

  4. Now we grownups know that rich and powerful white men are treated differently than others. The USA is a corporation controlled by oligarchs. In truth, all countries are corporations owned and controlled by oligarchs. Welcome to the real world!

  5. I remember a time when names of the defendant and victims were not mentioned during trials because of prejudices during proceedings. I think everything about this case is all about show and tell and I think everything about this case should remain behind closed doors. Once the verdict is read out then maybe details should emerge.

Making the alleged victims and alleged defendant anonymous makes everything unbiased. Remember innocent until proven guilty should never be forgotten.

I believe in right and wrong and I do not believe nor follow any types of media nor any types of hash tags ♯

  6. Theses lady's r not victims it's all about da money Weinstein innocent im telling you all these lady's r scams it's no evidence leave dat man alone

  7. Classic quid pro quo. Based on evidence that the journalists/media let us see (and I am sure we have not heard of everything that was being said in court), I would have a very difficult time convicting him based on the evidence presented if I were a juror. Is he a pig? Yes. Is being a pig criminal? No. These women wanted the parties, the roles, the Hollywood life. They could have said no, like perhaps many others did. He was not the only producer in town. Most powerful, yes, but not the only one. Integrity (and perhaps losing acting opportunities) is expensive, on many levels, but going to a guy's home or hotel room, not making it in Hollywood and then calling it rape is ridiculous. They were grown women and they should take responsibility for their part. And Annabella Sciora would have been brave if she risked her career and called rape in 1993/94. So calling her brave, a hero is ridiculous. Convicting on you thinking he is immoral and a pig scares me. I would not want people overrun with emotions on my jury, should I ever need one (hopefully never). You must follow evidence, not your feelings towards the guy.

  8. Women will do anything for money or a part in a movie. Dont get me wrong he is a slime bag but women lie, especially with this me too movment, puts doubt in their testimony.

  9. Annabella Sciorra,
    Question,
    If Harvey Weinstein was Sooooooo
    Scary to you,
Why Would you let him in Your Home,
    And,
if You Didn't have a Peephole On Your Door, Why, after,
Asking, Who's Knocking on Your Door,
    Again,,,,
Why would You Let Scary Evil minded, Harvey Weinstein in Your HOME ????????
    This is Only My Opinion,
But, There's No way, I Can Believe Your STORY

  10. Lemme break it down for you: sexual assault under the influence of alcohol is never consensual! Hello…

Crimes Commonly Associated With Alcohol Abuse

Alcohol severely impairs an intoxicated person’s judgment, causing them to take risks and commit actions that they never would have otherwise. It also makes them more likely to be talked into something that they otherwise wouldn’t. Alcohol also makes many people belligerent, angry, and prone to violence. These effects are often magnified when other intoxicated people are present, who often egg each other on or antagonize each other. This combination of factors makes it more likely that crimes will be committed. However, in no way does alcohol excuse illegal behavior, it just makes it more likely. Some of the most common crimes that are more likely to happen under the context of alcohol include:

    Assault

An assault is either a threat of attack backed up by the ability to follow through with the attack or a physical or verbal attack. Perhaps no crime is more associated with alcohol than assault. Alcohol increases anger levels and irritability, making it more likely that individuals will want to commit violence against someone else. Alcohol also reduces impulse control, making it more likely that an intoxicated individual will follow through. Studies have shown that between 25 and 50% of assaults involve alcohol.

    Sexual Assault

Any forced, unwelcome, and/or non-consensual sexual act is sexual assault, which may include touching, kissing, and intercourse, among others. Although most commonly associated as a crime committed by men against women, a person of any gender may be a perpetrator or victim of sexual assault. Between 30% and 40% of reported sexual assaults, including rapes, are committed by a perpetrator under the influence of alcohol. It is likely that this percentage is much higher for the much larger number of unreported sexual assaults. Alcohol is also used by some sexual predators to lower the inhibitions of their victims or even incapacitate them so that they are unable to resist. Sexual offenders often also use alcohol as an excuse or a defense for their actions, to convince their victims that the assault never happened or was consensual, or even to convince them that no one would believe them because they were intoxicated. Because alcohol eliminates a person’s ability to give reasonable and informed consent, it is also sexual assault to perform sexual acts on someone who is intoxicated.

He’s GUILTY AF! It doesn’t take a brain surgeon to figure this out folks.

  11. if he isn't found guilty then clearly the left was able to install their own jury members or the jury is full of braindead idiots with massive low iq's which is why they were selected in the 1st place cause no doubt this sick bastard is guilty and should be in jail for the rest of his miserable life like the rest of them! and that's taking it REALLY easy on him too!

  12. Why is it when rapists get processed for possible crimes look as though they are falling apart? Bill Cosby pretended that he was so blind and clouded in the mind (which by the way, his mind is now clear enough to make sound-minded written tweets about defending Kobe Bryant but was dead in the head during trials, lol? I think these guys lawyers try to make them look feeble for sympathy. I have no sympathy for this freak. I hope he gets nailed bad.

  13. The reason the jury is taking time is because a lot of the testimonies weren’t really rape. They were sexual harassment civil court issues. Like “oh he said I had to have sex to get the job I feel like it’s damaged me” but that’s not illegal. The testimonies that came off as him commuting actual illegal acts are going to be focused on by the jury more but all the other testimonies must be looked at as well. Like they have to see if there’s any way he is proven to hav committed all these acts. There’s a lot of evidence to pour over. Being a jury is serious
