The McMichaels were literally standing their grounds when a man they had been chasing a few minutes ago ran up and attacked them forcing them to defend themselves… it would have been reasonable for Amaud to defend himself against the McMichaels when they initially approached him had they been pointing guns but after they stopped chasing him he had no reason to run down the street, around the truck and try to forcibly disarm Travis

    The McMichaels had Decades of professional law-enforcement experience between the two of them and knew better than to point their weapons at a suspect who wasn't yet a threat to them but when he was running directly at them he was very much a threat

Police officer took his statement of what he actually did: I saw him run pass my home, I yelled at the McMichaels "Yall got him?", he then got in his truck and chased Arbrey and blocked him five times and then the McMichaels killed him. Murder!
