10. This is cute, but wild animals need to stay wild. If they lose their fear of humans, it puts their lives at risk. If you feed them (which she must be, or they'd never come that close) they'll stop foraging and their young won't learn to forage. The young learn to depend on humans for food. Please know this isn't just for deer, but all wildlife. If you love animals please watch from a distance. I know it's hard, but by doing so you're protecting them and their future generations. Sincerely an animal lover with a Biology degree.

24. Precious. We had a herd of wild white tails on our farm in northern New York. The buck had a huge rack, and at least a dozen does in his harem. One of the does had a habit of walking right up to the bedroom window of our camp and peering in. One day, she brought her little fawn around, to show her off. After that day, she would be seen regularly around the camp with her baby. Once white tails get used to you, they can become very tame, like the ones in this post. At least as far as the does go, that is. The bucks are another story, they will wait in the woods nearby, keeping a watchful eye on their wives and children.
