Police need more training. They should be training 30% of the time, a third of their work week should be committed to training. Jiu Jitsu, crisis management, psychology and more. Who’s gonna patrol the streets a third of that week? Hire more police! Fund the police, not defund. That’s ridiculous. I would gladly pay more taxes for safer neighborhoods and competent police.
