Before the sheriff or the person that hires these cops need to do an extensive background check. These cops get fired or quit before getting fired, then move somewhere else to become a cop.

Basically, they acted in an inhumane manner. The other three cops, simply, stood guard over and protected the murder of Mr. Floyd. They didn't have the common human decency to tell Chauvin, "Hey man I think you should let him up for a minute." For his safety. If they didn't intend for Mr. Floyd to die, they did nothing to prevent it. A lot of people are ignorant of the fact that cops are responsible for your safety and well being when you're in their custody. They do not have the right to brutalize a person while conducting an arrest. They can only use as much force as needed to control a person being arrested. There was no need to choke the life out of Mr. Floyd, to arrest him. Would you want to be treated that way? Or a friend or your brother?
