  1. black communities across America and the world really need to start having financial education at the core of their lives this is the number one issue of all black communities

  2. This is racist and is meant to punish Black families who purchased less expensive and good quality homes but now have a huge tax bill. For shame.

  3. This is nothing more than a land grab. Detroit is trying to become the next New York. Trying to build a place for young and up and coming adults and the Vegas of the Midwest. That simple.

  4. The city needs to repo this dudes house. He is doing absolutely nothing to upkeep the house. It looks so torn town and should probably be condemn. It’s neighbors like this that bring down property value in their neighborhood

  5. It's not just in Detroit but in all areas of Michigan.. I live in Muskegon County.. my parents house isn't worth the 200k they claim it to be.. they raised the taxes on my parents property about 5 years ago.. it's ridiculous!!!!

  6. This Sounds like a scam to me? But the Most High God knows the truth and he will hold all accountable on the day of judgement. For conning and robbing the poor of their homes, Causes them to be homeless. So they can benefit off their lost of their homes and the homeless of the poor. How sad. Lord Jesus Christ bring justice in Jesus Christ name. Come Lord Jesus Christ.

  7. Property taxes are used to fund schools meaning they have a vital purpose but often people in poor neighborhood to have lower property taxes don't have as nice schools because of it property taxes should only go to houses that are valued at $200,000 or more and they should be increased for those houses

  8. Welcome to America…. where everyone's genius idea to get rich is to get a mortgage and have someone else pay it off. Idiots.

  9. Once the Reporter spoke about the 68 people the gentleman said that they had made a mistake and Jalen was denied The News got involved and the storyline changed meaning they were lying from the beginning but the guy was put in place to ease the situation knowing all along he was lying 🤥 I pray that everyone who is going through this gets justice thanks to the News 📰 Reporter and I hope that Jalen continues to maintain his grandfather's house 🏘️ not due anything he did this young man has been struggling to pay the property taxes and he has been paying period

  10. The government has borrowed so much money that the national debt is so large that everything has to be over accessed in order to secure the national debt. The real property of the citizens of the United States secures the national debt through the debtors insurance number.
Your social security number secures the national debt. Your property is the collateral.

  11. The Cass Corridors in Detroit used to look like the Dawn of the Dead w/all crackheads wandering around. Now it's a rich White neighbor. But where did all the crackheads go? U barely see them anywhere 🤔

  12. have a look at WHO'S buying up the houses the most. You WILL EASILY find a direct connection to realtors, their positions and connections on school boards and those peoples personal line of credit that needs to be kept up with inflated artificial values…… it's happening all over the country and it's not to hard to see who these ppl are.
