34. The one thing that concerns me surrounds what the employees and administration of these agencies view as dangerous and/or extreme. In my experience what is dangerous and what is extreme is open to interpretation. I hope the agencies pay attention to why someone says or does things rather than exclusively what they say and what they do. Intention and motivation are exceptionally important.
