  1. The nurse and the pharmacist could have stopped it. Especially the nurse they are the one who are with the patient 24/7. They knew the overdose could be killed the patie t .The life of the patient is not only in the hands of the doctor it also in the hands of the nurse and pharmacist too. Rest in peace the victims

  2. Whatever happened its now time for few parasitic lawyers to make a little money! That fucktard Ed Lamb should be punished just like that Quack!

  3. This was the hospital me and my sister were born at. My mom would talk about how giving birth to my sister was a painful and possibly near death experience. She would talk about how they barely gave her any painkillers or anything. Thank god she switched hospitals when giving birth to my brother.

  4. This is unbelievable. But not really. If you want news look into summit healthcare in show low, az. around 10 friends died this past year in that hospital, including my mother in law. They all went in for something that could be fixed and came out in a body bag.

  5. For me he was doing his duty as a doctor near death patience do not need to linger they do not need to suffer mentally or physically for me I thank doctors like this

  6. "Opioids" are the new devil, but you can go out and get enough alcohol to drop a horse 24 hours a day. Legally. What is wrong with this picture?

  7. We need more facts. The story I'm reading says that these were intensive care patients with little chance of recovery.

I don't support euthanasia, but as somebody who has sat every key moment with a terminally ill person in incredible pain, I'd need more info to say "THIS IS HORRIBLE!" The alternative is to tell the family that the patient can't have more pain medication. Imagine the irony that people die all over America due to fentanyl/opiate overdoses, but we can't prescribe strong medication to dying people in pain.

This does NOT sound like a merciful angel serial killer.

  8. Assisted suicide or euthanasia, some terminally ill patients want to die. The pain of some illnesses can be unbearable. I’d rather die than suffer in pain, rotting away in bed with sores. It’s why some elderly chose not to go on life support and stop eating or drinking in the end. They want it to be over. They want to die.
