19. We need to get 100% of the people vaccinated. One way to do this is to vaccinate babies before they leave the hospital, also vaccinate 100% of the children while they are in school. Do not ask the parents. The parents don't have to know about birth control, they don't need to know about the vaccine. Require a vaccine card to sign up for anything: Netflix, Amazon ect. Also require a card to go shopping. One exception, we shouldn't require vaccines for immigrants from South of the border. They are fleeing problems that the U.S. caused such as climate change.
