This video was probably taken at the crack of dawn barely before anyone was up. They also are formulating a narrative of eeriness by showing empty attractions that are often not in use at this time anyway.
Then proceeds to fly by the same empty locations to emphasize a burdened state. The reality is; we are following orders, but our state is not desolate like this video portrays.

Have been going around SHUTTING down all businesses and are forcing them to board up and paint, or the city,, well tax payers will pay, like we pay for EVERY THING HERE!
