Brooks was being taken into custody when the interaction became physical and then deadly. Both officers are now facing charges in connection to his death. Police in Atlanta say they feel unsupported.

The first cop was not even sure he wanted to haul him in he was going to let him sleep it off so it clearly wasn't worth killing a man over and the dui cop pushed that field test way past normal I've never seen one so long he clearly wasn't so bad his being drunk was easy to tell cops that disagree should not be police they are the problem

Let's just take a moment 2 break this down – he was the only one in the car – car was running when cops got there – he was in the DRIVER SEAT – he had no clue where he was – & it was PROVEN that he was clearly INTOXICATED – .108 when the law says
.08 WHICH HE WAS IN CLEAR VIOLATION OF A DUI – therefore SHOULD BE ARRESTED – & instead of Rayshard complying he DECIDED 2 FIGHT & RESIST ARREST which he was DEFINITELY GUILTY OF DUI!!!! But I guess Rayshard's ACTIONS are TOTALLY EXCUSABLE but the police were not??? Hmmm 🤔🤔🤔🤔 I would be DEAD right now if I choose 2 ACT like RAYSHARD & it has nothing 2 do w/ RACE but actions the individual CHOOSE 2 do while under investigation!!!! Trust me – why is the family playing the victim card & race card — let's think $$$$ as they r black!!!! They got life insurance, food money, scholarship money for the kids, rent etc… Must be nice 2 have others paying for ur life during this PANDEMIC WE R SUFFERING RIGHT NOW in America where A LOT of us have lost jobs & income!!!! But on the other hand… isnt there a charge for assault on an officer??
