Less see the video at times we all make mistakes but if the officer did not give him any warning and shot him from the rear is it a cold-blooded killing in truth unless we are missing evidence that would make the police officer thank he was the shooter then in all truth as fair as the police officer knew this could have been an off-duty officer at the mall with his wife and kids . who was going after the shooter

Police video is evidence but it should be made public within 24-72 hours max unless the DA is trying to cove up a murder or mistake which led to the death of someone

Everybody that conceal carrys knows that the second the police show up or the threat is gone, that gun is back in its holster or on the ground. Police are on a call and if you fit the description of a man with a gun, there will be issues if theres a gun in your hand. This can and does happen to people of all colors but a black man that has worn a uniform even though he never made it through boot camp gets more views and stirs up emotions. It was a horrible mistake and somebody should pay the price for this but remember if you carry,, and police are in route,,, put that gun away. Let's be 100% honest about this guys… police respond to shots fired at a mall where hundreds/thousands of people are attending… everyone is scattering… the police are on high alert looking for the shooter… this man wasnt wearing his military uniform let a lone a huge sign saying I'm not the shooter I'm just trying to help… in a high stress situation where you already know the shooter doesnt care for the lives of others… if you were the police officers and you see a man with a gun not in any sort of uniform… wouldnt you assume he is the shooter? With everyone running around screaming for their lives… I couldnt imagine the police yelling drop the gun or we will shoot would have even been heard. Of course this is sad but in all honesty we dont have our names lit up green or red above our heads to signify friendly or foe like in a call of duty game.. this was sad but an honest mistake.. ask any police officer you know and then ask anyone in the military who fought along side the native rebels who looked just like the enemy… we all wouldve made the same mistake
