46. In WA State we are required to show ID and a vaccine card to go to most public businesses because of Biden's mandates. Fewer people of color are vaccinated so this requirement limits their access to food and participating in normal society. Why are the requirements to show a photo ID to vote racist in light of COVID vaccine passport requirements which Biden supports?
