Yes I agree with Ian on this – no matter who it is, you have a duty of care to prisoners. The USA is absolutely awful on this front. Ridiculous sentences, people in shackles and cages, prisons full of vermin etc. Not to mention the people in prison for being the wrong colour or poor. This is not just about this one woman – get your house in order.
No matter the rights or wrongs of it, I admire Ian Maxwell for fighting his sister. I’m sure many family members are too ashamed to show face.
