So sad the FBI failed to protect our children. The noblest of all causes in local law enforcement. The fact is based on the number of cases handles by local police agencies with established and successful Sex Crimes Unit a Unit comprised of these officers should have been formed and detailed to investigate these cases rather than let the innocence be stolen from even more children while they did nothing.
