ABC, the phrasing of the question, " Trump falsely claimed that he blames Democrats for the death toll " is just the opposite ,,,, the media initiated this narrative on Trump . He , rightly is defending himself from you. The narrative of Media in this case isn't looking for solutions as to why or how people died in that tragic hurricane, but are looking to blame the deaths of people on TRUMP, trying to make him seem both incompetent and uncaring ! WHY ,,, can anyone say " election " ,, it's really soon ! But FEMA who you tried to lead into your narrative wasn't falling for it ! Such subtle bias and at times, blatant bias discredits your reporting !

If you made walls out of recycled tires you would have an earthquake proof home and one that is resilient to water.Problem is all the dumb ass red tape or building codes and laws the the counties .California has building codes that are a model that other states use and that model is a dumb one .The only solution there is is their own solution they won't listen to other people and all their codes and regulations cost more and more money .After so many years they decide to change codes than business such as hospitals and so forth have to tear things apart and rebuild again costing more and more money to be compliant for new earthquake building codes.If anyone had an idea to build a structure that could last a 100 years they wouldn't allow it .They can't make money in the inspections .. FEMA also squanders resources things like water simple things that could have been used to save thousands but is sitting there now contaminated in plastic .
