The amount of people saying that she's "faking" it is concerning. Yes, she shot someone. But she took 100% responsibility for it unlike 99.9% of other shitty cops. She literally looks like she's about to take her life for what happened. Have some sympathy for both of them.

judging on KIM'S position she is standing with another officer, in that video that officer has his taser gun on the left(viewing by the video) Now we not God to be perfect, Kim is standing left of that officer, looking directly at the next officers taser gun, her mind played a trick with her thinking she took the right gun out and shot him, in her mindset she thinks she tasered him instead mistakenly shot him with the gun, Kim potter looking directly at that officers taser gun made her mistakenly pulled the gun out on the right, did not mean to make that mistake, knowing by the video Kim stating she will go to jail (what police officer don't know that) she knew that she's going to jail because, that mistake no one will claim to not see, it is clear KIM POTTER IS INNOCENT. No man can live to have perfection. I that predict many things in my life and i was on point, cant pin perfection, we would all be Billionaires by now don't we think.
I feel disgusted after reading the comments. So you guys have never made a mistake at work right? It’s crazy that she is even on trial over this. Unfortunately mistakes happen during stressful times. She was extremely unlucky. Are you sure you would never make a mistake like this? Negligence would be a doctor or engineer who never cared to study enough causing harm or a Police officer who decided it would be a good idea to shoot a sign for fun and ended up killing someone. What she did was not negligence, it was a mistake ANYONE could make. The prosecutors who want to destroy her life are just evil. Im so mad about this. So unfair.

Accidentally pulled a gun when they meant to pull a tazer. Perhaps the judge could 'accidentally' send her to a men's prison when they meant to send her to women's 'jail'.
She was coached so very well to cry and whine when questioned by the prosecutor. At the end of the day I citizens are not allowed to make mistakes that cost people their lives so if anyone should be held accountable it should be police. Can see the sudden shift into acting. Girl just go to jail.

Her story won't stick. Tasers are built with multiple laser sights and also enforcement is taught to back for effective and safe deployment. A seasoned cop would never taser a person in a car while with their foot behind the gas. She wasn't calling for taser she was telling the rookie in training. A seasoned cop has enough muscle memory to go to non-dominant arms. How on earth does she get the soul to say these levels of accidents are acceptable? Amazing!
