35. There was no confusion, she killed that man and this will not be the end of it. In Inglewood, CA ,the LA County Sheriffs beat Christopher Bailey almost to death. Then lied about it. 38. The irony is the judge is a minority correct? So when it is said we need more black and minority Judges does this really help? The inability to find compassion for this biracial child not black that was murdered is beyond me from the judge. I initially thought this judge was white just when I heard the sentencing and to my not surprise it was a minority Judge. The justice system works well again it was never created to be fair for black or anyone who is mixed with black people. Until we start fixing our community, voting, and creating sound black families our condition will never change in this country.

45. would there not be a weight issue i have never held a hand gun nor a taser but imagine there is a weight difference . i agree she got off easy shame on the judge . But then again in 1984 rock star Vince Neil of Motley Crue killed a passenger in his car during a drunk driving accident which also injure two others for life. Vince got 30 days in jail did 19 only wow you try that.
