  1. God makes few men like Gary Sinise, he is a great actor of course but Gary takes that very special step past greatness, his regards to the US Military are beyond (Doubt that you remember me in Baghdad Gary, but I remembered you). If you need a helping hand with your foundation I am right here and ready to help in any way I can.

  2. Gary was also awarded a Presidential Citizens Medal by President George W. Bush which is a great honor and just below the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Gary is also the lead singer of The LT Dan Band, he directed the film “Of Mice and Men”, was made an honorary U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer for his efforts in helping veterans and was named an honorary Marine by the Commandant of the Marine Corps. Truly an amazing and multi talented man. His book “Grateful American: A Journey from Self to Service.” Is an amazing read for anyone who is interested in the story of becoming a patriot and philanthropist. Gary, I suspect, will earn a Medal of Freedom eventually for all of the exemplary work he has done for our veterans.

  3. Actually the first role I think of when I hear mention Gary Sinise is Astronaut Ken Mattingly from "Apollo XIII", and I've seen "Forrest Gump".

  4. People are way way waaay too carried away with cinema. They take the actors who played the part on film and use them as compasses for their lives. Absolutely ridiculous how obsessed and easily defeated by movies human beings are. When Independence Day came out one critic said 'it shows how united the human race can be!' One actor who played a bad guy in a soap opera was cursed and swore at and had stones thrown at him as he walked down the street. People are unbelievable. People used to write into the actresses who played angels on Touched By an Angel for life advice! People are lost because they follow blind leaders.
