As a PhD in anthropology and professor of anatomy, I’m appalled at this irresponsible coverage of this issue. He is making a profit from selling human remains from the anatomical bone industry, which famously exploited low caste people from India by stealing their bodies from graves or fishing them out of the Ganges River when families were too poor to afford cremation services. There is a dark, unethical side to his business and your happy go lucky coverage is a terrible way to further exploit the people who are being re-victimized by his business. Universities and colleges can get human remains from ethical channels such as body donation programs. The issue here is the people he’s selling did not give their bodies willingly with informed consent.
