This is a/all/every nightmare.
My fire department does a demo like this every single year and yet someone always still burns something down doing it wrong
I can't believe it will be people out there willing to cook a frozen wet turkey. In hot peanut oil like this. 🤣 Where is the common sense ?
If you are cooking it in grease you should not be cooking

Anyone who puts a frozen turkey in a frier AND into too much oil, to cause an overflow like this when the oil spills all over the heating element, is someone who should NOT be frying. PERIOD! Get schooled first !! You never fry frozen! And you should pat your turkey down to get it as dry as you can.
I've deep fried turkeys, often, first the bird has to be thawed!!!! – Second, always put the bird in the pot and determine how much oil you need by filling the pot with water first to measure. Empty the water after measuring and then put the same amount of oil in. Last – don't try to put a very large bird in the pot.

Never try to deep fry a FROZEN turkey EVER. My dad has been deep frying turkeys for years now and makes sure that we take it out of the deep freezer at least 3-4 days before cooking it. That way it could thaw out in time to be cleaned up and prepped to be fried

Im so glad that wasn't my doings.Though i burnt a pizza box in the oven while pre heating.The fire trucks came i was so embarrassed.I am not a good cook.They just stared at me when i told them that neighbors watching the whole time.Oh well.
