   25% of tests will show a false negative. Meaning 1 in 4 who test negative are actually positive.

3. It seems like the richest country in the world (ours) is never prepared for a crisis? I heard some countries contained the virus early because they tested people. We on the other hand are slow and discriminate in testing.
