Brian beat had beaten Gabby, Brian was jealous of Gabby, Brian tried controlling Gabby, Brian caused mental anguish to Gabby, Brian had multiple times confrontation with other people in public, Brian played the cops, Brian drove the vehicle to the last location where Gabby was found, Brian has a video of him closing the door of the Van very slowly at Gabby's murder location, Brian uses Gabby credit cards, Brain arrived back home to mommy & daddy without Gabby, Brian wouldn't talk to anyone, Brian lawyered up, Brian goes camping with mommy & daddy, Brian goes missing maybe because of all the scratches in him from Gabby fighting for her life from this animal, Brian is on the run & hes not a survivalist hes a dirty bag want to be hiker loser.
It all adds up to a mountain high of dirty laundry that sinks really bad.

Try strangling a simple cat or mouse some time. Very difficult. They have extraordinary strength that comes from somewhere. I can't imagine strangling a human without sustaining substantial damage to ones self.I mean a lot of damage. Nobody in family notices he looked like he just spent 15 minutes in a dryer.

Was there any doubt? I just knew in my heart this is what it would be. Such a tiny frail young girl. To look into a killers eyes and wait for you to die has to be absolutely terrifying. I hate this pile of crap so much and if he is somehow found alive, he should suffer the same fate. An eye for an eye

Considering Gabby didn't press charge when Brian choked her before that police stop, she probably had choking fetish. Brian most likely choked her too hard by accident, killed her and panicked, and run away. Of course, no one will believe Brian's side of the story that's why he's running.
Absolutely heartbreaking. I can't imagine the pain and terror poor Gabby must have gone through. I truly hope they find Brian and throw his ass in jail, then throw away the key

The one question that I have is this: What percentage of deaths by strangulation are preceded by raping of the victim? If it can be ascertained through the autopsy report that Gabby was also raped before she was killed, this would almost certainly rule-out Brian as the culprit in this crime. Remember, too, that Gabby's body was found about 300 meters away from where her van was parked, and "somebody" had built there a fire and pitched a tent. Normally, campers do not camp far away from their van. So, why would Brian not report her being missing (in the event that he didn't see her dead body), or why didn't he report her death (in the event that he saw her body)? He may have possibly wanted to first consult with his parents, but when they hired a lawyer to represent him, Brian was constrained to say no more. He decided to go into hiding after Gabby was publicly declared a missing person, and seeing the "lynch mentality" of the American public.

I called this weeks ago! All you have to do is watch dateline A few times a year to know the cause of death will be strangulation, or a hit to the head, and his defense will be: she was alive when I left her, now manslaughter, or negligent homicide (which carries no sentence hardly at all) at the most murder 2 but definitely not 1. His hiding out is also a part of his defense, probably planned by his attorney and his parents are probably taking part. When he’s finally found the defense will claim there’s no way for him to get a fair trial, the whole nation has watched this on TV and is biased. The trial will have to be moved out to “Shiffer county,” where everyone has “Shiffer brains.” Then, in front of a jury made up of people that “ don’t own no TV and live in a cave,” his defense will argue that Gabby was a wild New York nut job, Long Island no less, and that she battered Brian and is admitting it in the police tape, that she was crazed out of her mind with OCD, and then if a Gabby ever got her a chance, she’d eat you and your whole family.”
The jury will probably be made up of fundamentalist Mormons, and they may reason that whenever one of their prophets of the Pearl, men, gets mad, he beats whomever, rapes whomever, and make whomever disappear, so “Gabby had it commin.” At least that’s what the defense hopes, hopefully it will be in front of a sane jury. The FBI should raid his parents entire property. If this guy is in a bunker below the garden, the FBI looks like a freaking bunch of idiots, and by freaking, I mean the other F word.
