  1. If the grandfather pleaded guilty to negligent homcide , Why is the family still suing the cruise line? Does his guilty plead negate that it was the cruise line’s fault ? IMHO after viewing footage it looks like the window was clearly open and it does prove that the grandpa looked out the window by sticking it out the window for a number of seconds before the baby fell.and the grandpa on a different interview claimed he was color blind which caused him not to notice the green tinted windows at all the other windows except the one in question.

  2. Since this tragedy we realized something. We want to absolve our idiot dad of all responsibility for killing our child, so we can get on with suing the owners of the ship and holding them responsible instead. I mean what ambulance chasing lowlife lawyer even took such a very thin case? No real lawyer would watch that video and think… hey I think we got a shot here.

  3. Negligence bullshit the"family" is totally responsible, no one or no other entity, killing the child then figuring, hey nice way to make a small fortune.

  4. They acted like they just wanted this horrible trial in the past. But now they’re suing the cruise ship. You gotta be kidding me. “My daughters dead, let me see how much money I can make off this.”
Go mourn your child, you have no one else to blame but grandpa

  5. RIP little one. Christ if I did something like that I dont think I could ever talk about it without breaking down and dying a little bit more inside every time.

  6. R.I.P baby girl you did not deserve this 😭😭💔 ur with 👼 s now I hope the parents cope with the loss daughter . No words can describe the loss or pain

  7. All those closed windows and he leans out the one open one, then holds the baby out the open window and blames the cruise line? Because why????

  8. The grandfather knew their was no glass because he stuck his head out. It was like he was checking to make sure their was no glass. This is murder. The parents are either in on it for money through a lawsuit or they love grandpa more then their own daughter.

  9. Sounds like the family wanted the kid dead so they can sue somebody to get money. Probably couldn’t pay off the hospital bills and other expenses. Hope the child is in a better place. Shame on the family

  10. Even though it was clearly an accident, that grandfather is an idiot for even placing his granddaughter over a cruise ship window in the first place. It was his own negligence that did this, so for the family to still be pressing charges on the cruise line is unbelievable. Yes, it's a tragedy, but it's nobody's fault but his own.

  11. Well he got probation instead of jail he have to live with this tragedy. But the RC not responsible for this. He recklessly held her out the window.

  12. It is so unbelievable that these people are trying to sue the cruise line when the grandfather is on video leaning out of the window. Makes zero sense. And anyone who has been on a cruise knows how obvious it is when a window is open. Makes it hard to sympathize.

  13. There's no way he didn't know that window was open. That's BS! Of allllllllllll those windows, we're expected to believe he walked up to the only one that just happened to be open? BS! He thought he had things under control. That's what this was. He decided he would prop her up to the window, because he felt like it. Someone, likely his wife, probably warned him to be careful, but he dismissed it! This was selfish and he is guilty!

Live with your failure, old man! This nightmare is your own creation!

  14. The family is suing the cruise line…? The cruise line should sue the family! The disingenuous grandfather should be in jail and the family should honestly face the facts…
