They should start covid only hospitals, in thees covid hospitals only covid patients and non vaccinated healthcare workers can work as long and hard as they want, and everyone wins the non vaccinated workers can continue to work, and the covid patients will get care and on the other side the non-covid hospitals can take care of good healthy patients that need elective surgeries and vaccinated staff can feel good about working in a covid free zone. that is a great idea.
