17. The doctor misspoke at (2:33) about what is "safe". This is because none of the vaccines are 100 percent effective at preventing infections. Thats why there has been cases in which ppl still caught COVID post being vaccinated. They may not have gotten very sick with COVID, but they still contract the infection and can potentially transmit the virus to others.

36. I don’t get this. I’ve never worn a mask outside. I never see anyone wearing one except putting it on prior to going in a store etc. is this more of big city thing? I live in a smaller city of less than 60,000 people.
