A "no fly zone" will also prevent Ukraine from flying Drones too and they have relied on them as being an effective way to compete with Russia's numbers of soldiers and equipment.
BTW – It's funny that Gen. Robert Abrams states that the "amount of territory or force remaining" as not an effective way to determine "winning" however, that is exactly how Robert McNamara operated during the Viet Nam war (like the twat that he is and will forever be).
