This is what these drug companies do! They go to doctors and offer big time bucks for them to prescribe these highly addicting drugs. And it’s being prescribed for unnecessary reasons. Yes, chronic pain is real but having to live on pain meds is no life! Besides, the longer you’re on one med the less effective they become. Thus begins dependency, moving to higher doses, stronger meds, and then withdrawals.
Glad this is finally being revealed. Although, the “punishments” SUCK and don’t equal the damage they have caused to individuals and families.

When I had surgery to get my 4 wisdom teeth out they gave me a bottle of opioids and I never took one once because I knew I could get over the pain without it. It took 2 weeks but at least, I'm not hooked thank god

I was addicted to opioids for 22 years by a doctors order for pain. I don’t blame doctor at all. I kicked that habits butt without help from anyone. It can be done. I blame our government. 😕

This makes me sick to watch! They did all this on purpose to get people hooked on suboxone for life.. And someone like me that desperately needs pain medication.. Not that stuff, just something to get me through 3 to 6 months of therapy for an amputation.. I can't get a doctor to write me for a tylonol 3, they always say the opioid crisis, what's that got to do with me, meanwhile I can go to any corner store and get liquid poison and cancer sticks till my hearts content.. They dont care about us getting addicted or not, they have another agenda behind all this.. Very sad
