Congress and the Senate have no power to impeach a former President. He becomes a private citizen which they have no power to impeach or try in any fashion. I'm surprised the geniuses at the DNC don't know this. Read the constitution instead of sh**ting on it. Congress has VIOLATED THE CONSTITUTION 6 TIMES. 1st amendment, violated. (Brandenburg v Ohio?)
Constitutional criteria for impeachment, violated.
Bill of Attainder clause, violated. Due process, violated. And more. Even if you have TDS you should be afraid.
If they can do it to him, who's next? Other Democrats? You, a private citizen? This is pure McCarthyism of the left.
I oppose impeachment of Trump. He did and said nothing wrong. Pelosi is blameshifting and should be investigated by all regulatory authorities.
It's unconstitutional. You can only impeach him while he IS President. Even though they started while he was President, he isn't NOW.
But they don't care about the Constitution. Which is another reason why all this is so dangerous. The Constitution is the foundation of everything. No Constitution means no country.

President Trump was acquitted on his first impeachment for failure to reach the required 2/3 votes by the senators of Congress.
President Trump was impeached by the House Representatives by a simple majority votes on his 2nd impeachment and he will be acquitted again as expected for failure to reach the required 2/3 votes by the senators of Congress.
