   Don't worry about it. The Venezuelan oil industry is in ruins, not to say deep cack.
   The installations, fields, yacimients and wells are destroyed. PDVSA, the state oil company is defaulted. The twenty thousand skilled workers were fired and replaced with military, members of the ruling party and Cubans(by the way, there is no oil in Cuba ).
   It will take at least five years and a lot money to rebuild/reinitiate the industry at production levels previous to the Socialist dictatorship.
   By that time, Russia would have taken back all the territories of the former USSR, China invaded Taiwan, Argentina got the Malvinas/Falkland, India taken Cachemira, et cetera.
   Better find other solution.
