There's a huge difference between Israel defending itself and it retaliating 200 times over. 11 Israelis vs 200 Palestinians and 1300 injured (2100, including women and children) is NOT 'self defense' its aggression. As long as the US backs Israel, the UN will not act (because the UN is the US) and as long as KSA has peace deals with both the US and Israel, the OIC won't act either (because the OIC is KSA).
