  2. The south manufactures poverty by paying the lowest wages possible how can the poor be blamed for having too little income to provide the tax base to support the city infrastructure.

  3. AG Garland should look into the stolen Infrastructure Funds diverted to suburbs and Governors Mansion, Universities, etc

  4. Good. Hope they get restitution. Question – when the city pays up, and possibly is put on the verge of bankruptcy, how does the city recoup that money? Would suck if they just increased taxes, fines, etc., on residents, which means everyone would be paying themselves. Maybe the people responsible for the issue should be help personally liable.
