The House committee is voting Monday night to hold former President Donald Trump’s chief of staff, Mark Meadows, in contempt of Congress. Meadows said he’s done nothing to raise criminal contempt.

  1. When will Joe Biden fire Christopher Ray and Merrick Garland for not doing their jobs? What is more important than investigating and prosecution of those involved in a coup attempt?

  5. If a president was planning a coup to overthrow the government and take total control of the country, are the appointments to government offices he made legal?
    A dictator appointing an insurrection staff? Do these people he appointed deserve that office?
    Begging the question would they
    have helped overthrow the government? If they remain in that position would they try again? That power point presentation raises interesting questions regarding future threats to our democracy.

  6. Did everyone forget or ignore the fact on record that the Capitol policemen actively let in the protestors, and a congressman sneakily opening the side door for the protestors. It is a trap set up by whoever in charge of Capitol police force and the master behind it. The Jan6 committee should start by investigating the Capitol police force chief at the time and the real master of the Capitol Hill Pelosi.

He doesn't have to show up to congress over administration governance. It's pretty simple. So no.. contempt is not even possible. Doesn't matter what illegal act the biden admin does.

  31. Are the Democrats still tormenting their political prisoners? Jan 6 they should have all met at a DC mall and bashed into every store doing the DSG Democrat smash and grab. That is legal to terrorize workers and owners at a mall and steal everything. But it's not okay to peacefully enter a citizen owned building and wander around aimlessly.
    The January 6th peaceful protesters would have been a lot richer and rear had they just robbed , loot,, and stole. It is a disgrace what they are doing to the protesters.
    Jan 6 showed us that our politicians think they are running things and that they own the country and everything in it.
