5. Insurances need to still cover the kids under 18. Some have to sneak the vaccine behind their parents' ignorant backs. Yeah, that's difficult and I don't know how legal that is, but it does get done. Anyway, not all kids who want the vaccine are able to do that. If they get Covid, the parents shouldn't be charged, because for one, they're likely to blame and abuse the kids for the bills, if the kids survive the disease. For another, it's better to require mandatory vaccine counseling for the parents. Education is what fights stupidity, not medical bills the parents can't pay anyway. Those poor children still have to put up with having these morons for parents. Better to cure their stupidity and be done with it.

6. Fake news. They are talking about estimated number of deaths from the 1918 flu pandemic in the USA and the estimated number of deaths from (or with?!) covid in 2020. At the 1918 pandemic, the US had about 100M people. Today, the US has almost 330M people. So it's currently 1/3 of the 1918 flu deaths, per capita.

    This kind of reporting is incredibly misleading, since they do NOT provide data on efficacy on each variant.

    If the Delta variant is the most prevalent (reported to be up to 98% of current cases), and is highly resistant against these vaccines, why in the hell would you hide the ball and not break down efficacy by variant?

    Also, given more variants are on the way — let's be real, this is endemic and it is science FACT that these vaccines DO NOT prevent transmission — why not inform us as to the projected levels of efficacy for those as well?

    Does the constant consensus on "the science," followed by unfortunate, stubborn, and contradictory facts not bother anyone else?
