  1. How does it feel to know that your achievements are not why you are being considered? It is just your skin color and what’s in your pants that counts to the slave owning democrats. Where is the Native American nomination? They have no representation within the court.

  2. All Biden wants to pick is a pro death pro-choice candidate. We all know that. The liberal commentators are going to praise her for everything because she already passed the litmus test that she wants babies dead.

  3. It's time to revisit how a supreme court justice gets nominated/appointed. Every single time a slot on the bench is open, both parties throw a hissy fit over each and every pick. This appointment should be apolitical and insular. Let the District courts nominate a candidate and give the justices and Attorney general final say over the nominee.

  4. I guess nothing has changed so I don't know why I resent this. All my life I could never get interviews for government jobs because I wasn't rich and didn't have connections. Now they can start telling me its because they only hire black women. What's the difference? BAU

  5. Imagine when Trump was President saying that he was looking for a White
woman as a Supreme Court nominee, Trump would've been crucified!!! This
fake administration is allowed to get away with everything!!! You
decided to pick a black woman VP that play so well for you!!!

  6. U.S. Circuit Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, age 51, is certainly a front-runner with the political momentum behind her which is going to be very strong. She is impeccably qualified for the court, and some may ask why for some odd reason:

    1) She has sterling credentials earned at Harvard

    2) Twice confirmed with Republican support – was just confirmed less than a year ago with 53 votes, including three Republicans

    3) She was nominated by Obama to be a district court judge.

    4) Biden elevated her to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.

    5) Early in her career, she was a law clerk to Stephen Breyer

    6) She attained part of her practice experience in the public defender's office

    7) Her husband is chief of Gastrointestinal a professor of Surgery

    etc….

U.S. District Judge J. Michelle Childs and California Supreme Court Justice Leondra Kruger also have top rated credentials with education, character and experience.

  7. Anyone with two working brain-lobes knows how dumb this BIDEN BLACK PLEDGE often becomes in "real life" . I'm curious, so I checked on four of the POTUS Biden nominees family package and SURPRISE, they all four DO NOT have a BLACK PARTNER. Three are married with children to a WHITE MAN! Even more bizarre is that all three male husbands have the EXACT same profession.
The forth candidate may have a secretive SAME-SEX partner because she does look "butch" and not nearly as attractive as the other married three smooth LADIES with their shining WHITE MD's.
I find it funny that all female Black Judges have married male White Doctors, but it is logical and un-surprising. Obviously smart, they were young top-top percentile super-intelligent students and smart ladies often find it tough to find an equal match. If they had limited their "hunt" to black partners, statistics would probably leave them sorry single, or resign and marrying someone beneath them. Such is the IQ demographics in the US, and I'm glad they found what looks like a suitably intellectual match without thinking "RACE" like Sleepy Joe "racist" Biden.. I let you guess who they are, but my bet is that Biden will invite a smart Black female with a dashing white husband to the Supreme Court, no question!. As if anyone outside the All White Democrat "Deep State" will give a hoot… Blacks will say: "Let's Go Brandon!!"

  8. If Justice ought to be equal to all and blind to color, then why does this have to be pandering to Blacks/privilege in this country? (A school of thought might ask)

  10. hmmmm…. well:

    1) September 2020 Donald Trump Nominated Amy Coney Barrett. He stated: "It will be a woman, a very talented, very brilliant woman," Trump said, after the crowd overwhelmingly cheered for a female nominee. "I haven't chosen yet, but we have numerous women on the list."

    2) In 1986, Ronald Regan Nominated Antonin Scalia. He stated: “I think I felt that it would be great to put an Italian American on the Supreme Court. We don’t have an Italian American on the court, so we ought to have one.” He had all the usual American instincts. He really felt good about doing that. It wasn’t principle so much as that kind of emotional commitment.”

    3) In 1981, Ronald Regan Nominated Sandra Day O’Connor. He stated: "I am announcing today that one of the first Supreme Court vacancies in my administration will be filled by the most qualified woman I can possibly find, one who meets the high standards I will demand for all court appointments," Reagan told reporters midway through a speech that began with him declaring that it was untrue that he was "somehow opposed to full and equal opportunities for women in America."

There have been 120 Supreme Court justices, only five women, only three people of color. So the idea that we're now dealing with some sort of quota for Black women is really kind of crazy and offensive. Crazy and offensive" can best be described in a lot of moments coming from the Republicans.

Chuck Schumer, the majority leader, wants to move quickly and looking at the same timeline that Republicans set for confirming Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court, just days before the 2020 election. If we all recall that process took about a month. Typically the process takes two or three months but Democrats say that Republicans set that precedent. And they're going to follow that very quick timeframe.

  11. How about someone who is the best for the job? That’s racist as hell if the person needs to be a certain race and gender. I’m a minority and don’t believe in handouts. No thank you Joe!

  12. Someone with a white beautiful background like I have should have the chance to do it other than some black person that don't know what the hell they're doing

  13. As long as it’s about colour and not qualities or qualifications. Remember what matters is what group you belong to so you know if you are acceptable as a human being to do a job in the USA.

  14. The year is 2022 and you have been green lighted to identify as you please… So, Everyone in the country who is submitting to be the next scotus pick… just update that resume to say "I'm a strong independent black women."
