  8. Finally a holiday that designates the day republicans freed black slaves from Democrat plantations. That’s a fact. The only question remains, Why are some blacks STILL ON the Democrat plantation. Every June 19th, stand proud republicans, and bury your head in shame Democrats.

  15. I didn't even know there was a new holiday until I went to a couple of my routes to find them close. I'm thinking why is this place close not like it's a holiday. Then someone said it was. I'm like did I accidentally travel to a parallel earth since when is June 18th a holiday. Of crouse they said it was a new holiday Joe Biden just signed. So I shouldn't have even been working today since my job takes federal holidays off.

For all the naysayers of Biden signing the Juneteenth Holiday, two things first grind your teeth to dust over the comparison of Trump giving that one person, Rush Limbaugh, the Medal of Freedom as contrasted to Biden creating a national holiday for an entire country that recognizes an entire group of the population being freed from 400 years of slavery. Everyone now needs to watch where they walk. There will be those who’ll toss out severed their noses.

I'm a Mexican, that lives in Mexico never even been to the US, I find it incredible that people wave another countries flag colours, in the land that now provides for them, the celebration is very good in my opinion, but if america is truly this hellhole that half the Americans describe, why won't you at least try to live and lift up the territories were you come from? Wouldn't a mass immigration of educated people that originate from America go back to their roots, let's say Congo, wouldn't that really change the panorama of that country and wouldn't you be able to create a paradise? Just a thought. Wouldn't it be easier to let the Whities do their thing in their "stolen" land?

    btw Not negating at all that your ancestors were literally sold as slaves, but wouldn't you this day be able to make the conscious decision to go back to where you ancestors were striped from? And make things right with your people? (W your people I'm referring to the people that you consider your own, whether that's Irish, Italian but mostly black)

    I put stolen between quotation marks, because the land was supposedly stolen from my people, but my people stole that land from other people and so on and on and on…

  44. That setting a bad precedent. Every year from now on when the 19th falls on a Saturday or Sunday everybody was one at extra week day off. That is just poor planning.
