  1. She wasn’t sorry … just because someone cries doesn’t mean they are sorry … feeling sorry for herself is more likely the only time she got emotional was about herself… she didn’t even think about Bos perspective until the prosecutor actually asked her what about how he felt… you could tell by her face she didn’t even think about it and her reply was how I felt was how I felt… her complete attitude changed when prosecutors questioned her not one tear…. She was defensive and full of excuses! And bottom line if she was truly sorry why is she filing an appeal!? Take your punishment you got lucky as it is! I wonder how many times people she pulled over for running a red light and cried telling her I wasn’t paying attention she let go without a ticket??? Bet the answer is 0!!! You can’t just do a crime and walk away and say I’m sorry! But nope here she is filing an appeal clearly still thinking she’s not guilty!

  2. Anything to let White people off, talking about what Bo would want. I think Bo would want to speak for his self, but he can't because she killed him, and now we should all have sympathy for her because she is White. Show me a case where the same was done for a Black person, rather man, woman, or child.

  3. What load of carp that white juror said “I give her 10 years instead of 28 years the prosecutor asked, because I think that is what Boe want” you know what the victim wanted ? Not being murder in his own home !

  4. How is that if i murder someone i get 25-life…..she does it and admits to it 10 years with a chance of parole 😩😩😩😩WTF ARE YU DOING?!!! A MURDER IS WORTH ONLY 10 YEARS????

  5. I've just browsed through the comments below. It is very disappointing to see so much malice and ignorance expressed by the commenters.
Ms. Guyger made an orientation mistake which led to her thinking her life was in danger and she then reacted in accordance with her training. She did not act with malice but out of a sense of fear and self preservation.

  6. I'm never surprised when you see jurors after a trial, they are always dull low IQ people it seems. Definitely less than sharp individuals.

  7. This trial was a joke. His brother was a.clown for hugging a murderer. How tf you walk into another person apartment and don't realize your in the wrong place instantly. I hate when idiots say what someone would want. Botham didn't wanna die for nothing! How about that!

  8. Powerful stuff. I had my own bias for awhile and was disgusted by the small amount of time she was being sentenced. I never saw it from their perspective and was blinded by my own perception.

I agree with the forgiveness and sentencing. It takes a deep love to forgive like that and cry for the other person. I couldn’t imagine the thoughts that something like that takes.

  9. These jurors that spoke can't be in their right mind because they both spoke as if their the man that she killed in his apartment one even said he was sure the man she killed would want too forgive her I have to ask did either one of them spent one minute with him while he was living did either one of them personally know him as a aquaintence of theirs how could they know anything about what he felt when the bullets we're entering his body ?

  10. So they find her guilty but only give her 10 years? So outrageous, a person is dead. She didn’t just accidentally walk in and kill him, she also failed to render any aid so busy worrying about herself.

  11. These jurors did it right in my opinion. They found a middle ground, and it was their job to speak for the man who was killed…not for mobs of people wanting to see a person hanged. He was a Godly man, and I feel he would feel proud of their choice.

  12. So discussting of course why because she wore a badge. If a black man walked in and shoot a woman he would have gotten life, The Justice system is a joke and this jury is as discussed as the 4 hour deliberation of Nicole Brown Simpson after a year in trial Police should be treated no different then a normal person in any circumstance, the evidence was clear he was shot wile sitting or couwering. She saw no weapon. Lied to Rangers in interview, the 28 would still be to short but at least more justifiable DISCUSSTING

  13. This white dude pissed me off when he spoke for the dead victim. Amber is not innocent and I don't think it was a accident. She just was trying to cry her way out of it and/or get a lesser sentence. Duh!!!!!!

  14. Omg yall with all of the negative comments..stop. they took something negative and they are trying to make it a positive by doing the right thing. The brother hugged her amd forgave her and thats all she needs. She's not you to forgive her she's not asking you to hug her. She felt remorse. She knows it was wrong and she knew she should be sentenced. Yall are just so stuck on the fact that she killed someone and not looking at the facts of the case. Yes she did kill him but admitting when you are wrong , saying sorry and to stand up and take responsibility then as for forgiveness when she said sorry. Listen he asked if he could give her a hug. Thats all you rude ass people should be looking at and trying to see the good and the love out of a situation that just should not have happened. But it did so why can't you do what they did. Forgive and shut the hell up with all that negative nonsense

  15. Great a frail white child is able to determine the level of vengeance the fallen would have wanted and asserting he’d forgive. What a wonderful justice system that completely validates the public’s disenfranchisement with the police force.

  16. I think the jury should be investigated to see what they got in return for a minimum sentence what they really keep saying by not making cops pay for their crimes that it's alright to do whatever they want to without consequences

  17. The problem is that why you shoot somebody even he is in your appartement ? You have a gun and can easily get in respect

  18. If it were a black man shooting a white woman, would they still feel the same? Hell no! He would be under the prison!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
