23. Mint is the most popular flavor cause you banned the fruit ones. You gonna keep banning flavors until the ones left are so bad everyone goes back to cigarettes or buys the unregulated black market flavors? Even if this ban works, the % of teens who use nicotine products may decrease but the % of health related issues caused to adults and teens alike will increase as the people this ban fails to discourage will turn to tobacco or the less regulated products until a company puts outs something the consumers demand again, taking back the market only in time for another ban and relapse of what we just experienced. That or the stats on teen vaping will be unphased and continue to increase as it did even after the fruit flavor ban. Instead of acting out of fear and banning new things, we push for better regulation so that these things can find their spot in our legislation and economy and not ban things before they have time to even be properly understood- stagnating the research and regulations on them, and creating a demand vacuum filled by unchecked and disreputable companies.
