Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar provided an update on the ballot count in the Keystone State, reporting there are “hundreds of thousands” of votes yet to be counted. Boockvar was hopeful a clearer picture would be available by Friday morning.

Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar has violated the Constitution of America to interfere the Federal Election Fraud. Election is a Federal matter handled by the State. Election is not a State matter handled for Federal. You don't know the difference of this Constitution Law.
